Beef Tips and Noodles

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1-2 lbs of beef stew meat (cubed)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 can beef broth
1 package egg noodles (cooked according to package directions)


Instructions

Directions:

Brown meat in a frying pan. Drain excess grease from meat, and then add onion soup mix, mushroom soup, mushrooms & beef broth. If you’re making it in the crock pot, put all ingredients in crock pot (after browning the meat) and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. If making it on the stove, combine all the ingredients. Make sure meat is cooked through, and simmer for whatever time allows. Serve over egg noodles, potatoes or rice.
