Chocolate Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 48 Rolo candies
- 1 c. white chocolate chips
Instructions
Directions:
- Cream margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla, beating well. Stir in dry ingredients.
- Chill dough in freezer for easier handling.
- Wrap dough around Rolo to form ball.
- Roll ball into mixture of chopped pecans and granulated sugar.
- Place on greased cookie sheet, and bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Don't over-bake. Cool.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over cooled cookies.

Makes about four dozen.
