White Chicken Chili

  • 1 can (16 oz.) navy beans
  • 4 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 T. pepper
  • 1 T. oregano
  • 1 T. cumin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 5 cups cooked chicken
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

Directions

  1. Combine beans, broth, onion, garlic, pepper, oregano, cumin, salt and chicken.
  2. Cook on low heat for about 1 hour.  Stir frequently, until very hot.
  3. Stir in cheese and sour cream.
  4. Garnish with salsa.
