Harvest Underway in Latham Country

Above average temperatures pushed crops toward maturity this past week. Silage and hay harvest are wrapping up. Farmers across Latham Country are harvesting soybeans primarily, and some corn, as conditions allow. #Harvest14 came to a halt when rain fell in many areas last night and into today.
