This Peking SCN variety has very good southern movement due in part to its excellent stress tolerance and standability. Good Sudden Death Syndrome tolerance helps build confidence in its ability to move south. The Rps1k Phytophthora Root Rot gene and excellent field tolerance provide added comfort for early planting situations. The excellent stress tolerance provides added versatility in lighter soils and drier conditions.
