Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes

Equipment

  • 1 9 x 13 baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package hash browns frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 16 oz container sour cream
  • 2 packages Colby jack cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Mix hash browns, sour cream, mushroom soup and 1 package of cheese together in bowl.
    Spread into 9×13 pan.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
    Remove from oven and add remaining bag of cheese.
    Return to oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
